La'Bella Vita Of Baby Noah

I had the awesome privelige of being present during the birth of a baby on Thursday. The labor was long and painful for Jill, but her family was present to offer their love and support for her. Her husband, Nick, never left her side. Jill did an absolutely amazing job. She was so strong and despite feeling like she just couldn't do it any longer, she never gave up. After hours of pushing and giving all she could, Jill was utterly exhausted. The doctors knew they had to perform a C-Section to bring little Noah into this world. Baby Noah made his debut at 5:27 am Thursday December 20, 2007. Noah weighs 8lbs 5oz and is 21 inches long. He is such a beautiful baby! Jill, I am so proud of you sweetie! You gave it your all and then some. I am so happy for you and Nick. Congrats mom and dad! I'll see you in a couple days. Here is a small glimpse into the journey of the beautiful life of baby Noah.

Never Let Go

This is my dad. Also known as Santa Claus to the county I live in. My daddy is an amzingly kind hearted person. He does so much for our community. He gives so much back. This year, Santa is sick. He was diagnosed with early stage Colon Cancer on October 31 of this year. We were all so devistated and broken, but not dad. No, he is a strong person. He does not fear things such as this. He knows that his God will take care of him. After finding out he had cancer, all I could do was hold on to him and cry. I am a total daddy's girl. I can't even fathom what my life would be like without him in it. I begged him to never let go. Never leave me. He told me to not sweat the small stuff. To me, cancer is not in the category of 'small stuff', but to him it is. He said that every day he is above this ground, is a glourious day. He said that everything in life is 'the small stuff'. Wow, what an amazing man. So strong, so loving, so faithful. He trusts in our Lord completely. I know that my daddy will be a cancer survivor. He has to be. He just does! My faith is strong, because I know our Lord will never let go of us. God is always with us. God is good! So I ask you, if you believe in the power of prayer, pray for my dad. Pray for my family as we go through the toughest Christmas of our lives.

There is a song we sing in church every Sunday, that has helped me through this. This song helps me keep my Faith strong. This is the song playing right on this blog. Here are the lyrics to the chorus:

I will fear no evil
For my God is with me
And if my God is with me
Whom then shall I fear?
Oh no, You never let go
Through the calm and through the storm
Oh no, You never let go
In every high and every low
Oh no, You never let go
Lord, You never let go of me

Hug your family tight and never let go. Tell the ones in your life how important they are to you.

My world....

Every year, I attempt to get a new photo of my husband, kids and myself all together for our Chrsitmas cards. Every year, it turns into a semi- organized chatioc event. My children are the very typical "photographers children". They dread when mommy says it's family photo day! This year, it went a little bit better than expected. But there was still a lot of candy bribes involved and a lot of begging (from me). Still, I managed to get one (yes, only ONE) family shot of us and a shot of the kids together that I really like, and then several individual shots of the kids that I am thrilled with! So here is my beautiful and amazing family! I wouldn't trade them for the world!

As something fun and cute, I turned my family into dancing Chrsitmas elves! It's hilarious, check it out! http://www.elfyourself.com/?id=1124930957
Oh, and since it's December, I thought I'd put some Christmas music on my blog. It is not the typical Christmas song, but it's my favorite! I hope you all have a rocking good weekend!

Living Life To The Fullest

Who would have ever thought I could have SO much fun with a 5 year old, a 3 year old and an 18 month old?! These three siblings were the greatest! I knew from the moment I met them, that they would be fun to photograph. Their parents were up for absolutely anything! They even let me put the kids in a random grocery cart we found on the side of the street! lol! Julie and Frank, it was awesome meeting your wonderful family! I can not wait to show you the rest of your images!

I seriously LOVE this! The grocery cart was just so random and perfect! You all will be seeing more of the grocery cart. I loved this idea so much that I did the same thing with my two kids too!

I thought this was really neat! He found a leaf that in the shape of a heart.

Little sister will always have her two big brothers standing by her side.
